Isang Barangay Tanod mula Caloocan City ang dumulog sa Action Center ng BITAG.
Panawagan ni Noel Pormenro kay Mr. Ben Tulfo tulungan siyang bawiin ng barangay ang ticket na ipinataw sa kanya dahil sa nakahambalang niyang sasakyan.
Inireklamo ni Pormenro ang mga tauhan ng City Environment Management Department (CEMD) ng Caloocan dahil sa paniniket sa kanya ng mga ito.
Tanong ng Brgy. Tanod kay Tulfo, “Sir, bakit ako lang ang binigyan ng ticket sa amin, eh maraming pasaway na iba?”
Ipinaliwanag ni Ben Tulfo, na tama lang ang ginawa ng CEMD dahil kapag ang isang sasakyan ay hindi tumatakbo, nakaparada at nakakasagabal ay kailangan talaga mag-isyu ng ticket sa mga lumalabag sa mga ordinansa.
Giit ni Mr. Ben Tulfo, “May violation ka pa rin, ikaw ay isang Brgy. tanod dapat ikaw ang unang-unang tutupad sa tungkulin ng barangay, hindi ka dapat lumabag sa anumang ordinansa ng siyudad”
“Malamang inirereklamo ka ng kapitbahay mo, Brgy. Tanod ka, tagapagpatupad ka nang anumang batas ngunit ikaw mismo ang kumukontra at lumalabag” dagdag ni Mr. Tulfo.
