Matagal na kasing nangungupahan si Aling Teresita sa bahay ni Marissa sa Valenzuela.
Ngunit inireklamo ng tenant na si Aling Teresita ang landlady na si Marissa, matapos nitong patayuan ng pader ang kanilang daanan palabas ng bahay.
