Halos anim na buwan na raw silang hindi makatulog. Ang kalsadang ginawang court, nasa may bahagi ng North Caloocan.
Sumbong ng mga residente, magdamag kung maglaro ng basketball ang mga tambay doon. Nakakaperwisyo ang ingay ng talbog ng bola at malakas na hiyawan. Bukod dito, ang pader ng court, ginawa na rin daw nilang banyo kaya umaalingasaw ang masangsang at mapanghing amoy. Sumatutal, perwisyo sa mga motorista.
Ang pasimuno daw ng nasabing basketball court ay ang pasaway nilang kapitbahay. Dalawang beses na daw nilang inireklamo at ipinatanggal ang nasabing court pero muli rin daw itong ibinabalik.
Ayon sa mga residente, inilapit na nila ang problemang ito sa City Administration Office ng Caloocan subalit, ipinasa lang daw sila sa City Engineering Office na hanggang ngayon wala pa rin daw aksyon.
