Enero 23, 2021 bumili ng motor ang 27-anyos na si Melchor Cuebellas sa Honda Motorista Motors Branch sa Guiguinto, Bulacan. Gagamitin niya ang motor sa kaniyang trabaho bilang Shopee delivery driver.
Subalit, ang kabago-bagong motorsiklo, hindi magamit ni Melchor dahil ang plaka nito, nakaalarma sa Land Transportation Office (LTO). Kung hindi pa niya kinumirma sa casa, hindi nya pa malalaman.
Ayon sa liaison officer ng casa na si Eric Cruz, dati silang nilooban at kasamang tinangay ng mga kawatan ang mga plaka kaya lahat pinaalarma raw nila. Pero, ngayong may nagrereklamo na, gagawan na raw nila ng paraan maalis na ang alarma. Ini-report na rin daw ito ni Eric sa kanilang head na palitan na lang ng bagong unit ang motor para matapos na ang problema.
Ang nakakatawa, saka lang umaksyon ang Honda Motorista Motors Guiguinto branch noong nagsumbong na sa #ipaBITAGmo si Melchor. Sinubukan ding tumawag ng BITAG sa LTO Region 3, agad naman inalis ng mga awtoridad ang alarma.
