Ito ang kinumpirma ni Philippine consul general Raly Tejada na nagsabi na iniimbestigahan na ng Hong Kong police ang insidente.
Namatay ang OFW nang mahulog ito habang naglilinis ng bintana ng kaniyng employer.
“This is such a deplorable tragedy because the Hong Kong government itself has banned window cleaning since 2017, as they are aware that this is unsafe and very dangerous,” ani Tejada.
Taong 2017 nang ipagbawal ng Hong Kong authorities ang paglilinis ng bintana matapos umabot sa limang aksidente na ikinamatay ng mga OFWs.
