Ang kanyang reklamo, mahigit tatlong taon na niyang hinihintay na mabayaran siya sa kanyang overtime pay.
“’Wag mong ipagduldulan ang sarili mo, kita mo ngayon pinag-iinitan ka na sa trabaho mo. Umalis ka na. maging malaya ka!” payo ni Tulfo.
Dagdag pa ni Tulfo, maraming security agency na tatanggap kay Eritz lalo kung lilipat na ito ng trabaho.
Ipinaliwanag din ni Tulfo na hindi BITAG ang magdedesisyon para sa kanya, “gusto namin matuto ka na magdesisyon para sa sarili mo. Bakit? Dahil buhay at kapalaran mo’ yan”
