“Nagpahirap sa mahihirap, lumayas na!”

Marami pa ngang mahihirap ang natuwa dahil para sa kanila, wala na ‘yung taong nagpahirap sa kanila sa mga proseso sa LTO.
Saan ka naman nakakita, hepe ng ahensya pero tutulog-tulog sa pansitan. Saksakan ng kapabayaan, kapalpakan at katiwalian ang kaniyang bakuran.
Walang plastic card para sa driver’s license, anti-poor na proseso sa pagkuha ng lisensya ng mga first time applicant, at andaming mga gunggong na mga traffic enforcer.
