Kahit na may mga numaligtad sa kanilang akusasyon, hindi pa din ito sapat para kay Negros Oriental Representative Arnolfo Teves na bumalik ng Pilipinas.
Nagsagawa si Teves ng press brefing kung saan iginiit nito na patuloy ang pagbabanta sa kaniyang buhay.
Kamakailan ay isa-isang umatras ang mga sinasabing witness ng Department of Justice (DOJ) na nagdidiin kay Teves bilang mastermind sa pagpatay kay Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo.
“Kahit May bumaligtad, walang bumaligtad, may threat sa aking buhay at wala pa ring semblance of fairness. Again ang hinihingi ko lang semblance of fairness,” ani Teves.
Wala man pormal na kaso na inihain laban sa kaniya pagdating sa kaso ni Degamo, nahaharap a din si Teves sa tatlong kaso ng pagpatay noong 2019 na isinampa ng DOJ.
