Aabot sa PHP25.6 million na halaga ng assistance ang naipamigay na sa Bicol Region na binubuo ng “dinner, distilled water in six liter bottles, family food packs, family tents, hot meals, hygiene kits, modular tents, rice, sleeping kits,” at iba pang mga items.
Ayon naman sa Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs), kanilang naobserbahan ang mabagal na paglabas ng lava mula sa summit crater ng Mayon at nagtala ng isang volcanic earthquake. May naitala din na 221 rockfall events at isang pyroclastic density current event.
