Hiniling ng US na bigyan ng dalawang linggo ang mga Afghans na tumakas sa kanilang bansa dahil umano sa paghahabol sa kanila ng mga Talibans.
Ito ay para mabigyan din ng sapat na panahon ang mga Afghans sa pagproseso ng kanilang US visas.
