“Hinahanap ko ngayon yung mga board eligible. Hinahanap ko yung mga taong nagta-trabaho sa BPO. Hinahanap ko yung mga nurse na nasa flight industry, yung mga nasa sales industry. Mga med rep (medical representatives). For those that are licensed, there are 4,500 items,” ani Herbosa.
Maituturing naman ni Herbosa na isang “magandang problema” ang patuloy na pag-alis ng mga Filipino nurses papunta sa ibang bansa.
“Our nurses are the best in the world kasi binabayaran talaga sila. That’s good in a way, kasi magagaling naman talaga mga nurses natin. Totoo naman yan. Problem is, we can’t lose all of them,” dagdag ni Herbosa.
