Clark Freeport Zone sa Pampanga.
Sa katatapos na press conference ng nasabing inter-agency effort, inanunsiyo ni PAGCOR Assistant Vice President for Offshore Gaming Licensing Atty. Jessa Fernandez na magpapataw sila ng matinding sanctions sa mga pasaway na licensed offshore gaming operators at accredited service providers.
“The CDC will no longer process or approve the operation of any incoming overseas gaming, even if they already have license from PAGCOR,” ani Fernandez.
Kung mapapatunayan ang isang entity na nagpapagamit ng kanilang license o accreditation sa ibang entities, mabigat na penalty katulad ng cancellation ng kanilang lisensiya o accreditation ang kanilang haharapin.
Samantala inihayag ni Clark Development Corporation (CDC) President at Chief Executive
Officer Agnes Devanadera ang pag-apruba ng CDC Board sa recommendation ng CDC management na itigil ang pag-proseso ng new lease o sub-lease applications ng offshore gaming operators.
Kasalukuyan ay may apat na natitirang accredited service providers at isang licensed offshore gaming operator sa loob ng Clark Freeport Zone.
Bago pa mabuo ang Clark Security Council kinansela nan g PAGCOR ang provisional accreditation ng Sun Valley Clark bilang isang offshore gaming hub sa loob ng Clark Freeport Zone.
Itoy’ matapos ang kanilang kabiguan na tiyakin na mapatupad ang isang “lawful and orderly
Conduct” ng offshore gaming ng kanilang occupants sa mga registered sites.
Kinansela din ng PAGCOR ang accreditation ng CGC Technologies, isang offshore gaming service provider nan aka-base sa Pampanga. Ito’y matapos masangkot ang kumpanya sa ilang mga alegasyon tulad ng credit card fraud, serious illegal detention at human trafficking activities.
