Mahina man pero unti-unting dumadami ang mga pagyanig sa Mayon Volcano.
Ito ang binabantayan ngayon ng Philippine Institute of Volcanology ang Seismology (Phivolcs).
Ayon sa Phivolcs, umabot sa 102 na pagyanig ang kanilang naitala at bahagyang bumaba ang bilang sa 100 Lunes ng umaga hanggang alas tres ng hapon.
Karamihan o lahat naman ng mga pagyanig ay maituturing na mahihina lamang.
Ngunit ayon sa resident volcanologist ng Mayon Volcano Observatory na si Dr. Paul Alanis kanilang binabantayan kung lalakas pa ang mga nasabing pagyanig.Sa ngayon ay tiniyak lamang ni Alanis na walang panganib ang naka-amba sa mga residente na nakatira sa labas ng six kilometer permanent danger zone.
