San Rafael, Bulacan – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) distributed 1,000 ‘ChariTimba’ or food buckets to residents of San Rafael, Bulacan in a ceremony at the Victory Coliseum on Friday, January 24, 2025.
PCSO Director Jennifer Liongson-Guevara led the distribution efforts and awarded 20 educational grants to selected students in San Rafael. In addition, a medical and dental mission was also conducted on the same day.
Residents received free medical check-ups, dental care, and medicines, which further solidifies PCSO’s role in addressing the healthcare needs of Filipinos.
These initiatives were made possible through the cooperation of the local government of San Rafael under the leadership of Mayor Cholo Violago, Vice Mayor Marilyn Veneracion, and Councilor Jolo Viceo.
These are part of the PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program aimed at addressing the needs of underserved communities.
