June 12, 2026 – Bitag Media Unlimited Inc’s Digital and Production Department conducted a seminar and training for its staff regarding the proper use of BITAG’s equipment, especially cameras and other tools used during field operations and production.
Led by BMUI’s Property Custodian Manager Jeff Laceras, the training aimed to help employees become familiar with the equipment even if they are not assigned as cameramen, audiomen, or technical staff.
“At BITAG, everyone is encouraged to learn different skills and not be limited to just one role,” says Tonet Doce, BITAG Production Manager. She added that being versatile allows team members to assist wherever they are needed.
Even before the seminar, Mr. Ben Tulfo emphasized the importance of continuous learning. He reminded everyone that learning never stops, especially today when technology continues to advance and provides new opportunities to improve our work and daily lives.
The activity also highlighted the importance of sharing knowledge. What we learn today can be passed on to the next generation so that they, too, can benefit from the experience and lessons we have gained. This has always been part of BITAG’s mission—to learn, grow, and share knowledge with others.
Aside from gaining new skills and technical knowledge, the activity also gave staff members an opportunity to spend time together and learn from one another. By sharing experiences, ideas, and expertise, employees were able to strengthen their working relationships and build stronger teamwork.
“Sessions like this served not only as a learning session but also as a way to build camaraderie among the members of our organization,” says Luke Matthew Sabado, Senior Executive Producer.
Through activities like this, BITAG continues to encourage its staff to develop new skills, adapt to changing times, and help build a culture of learning, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing within the organization.
