The owner of Raptor Security Agency, Manny Fayre expressed his dismay over the hit and run incident involving one of their traffic security officers assigned in Mandaluyong City.
The victim was identified as Christian Joseph Floralde and was hit by an SUV last Sunday, June 5, 2022.
In a dashcam video uploaded by motorist Miko Angelo Ramos, Floralde was seen directing traffic in the area when he tried to stop a white Toyota Rav 4.

In an interview, Ramos told BITAG Media Network (BMN) that he witnessed how the SUV hit the security guard.
Ramos uploaded the video on his Facebook page and immediately went viral.
He also appealed to the driver of said SUV to show up and face possible charges due to the said incident.
“Lumutang ka na, maawa ka sa Traffic enforcer,” Ramos told BITAG.
“Sa driver ng SUV na tumakas, sana sumuko na siya at panagutan ang kanyang ginawa,” he added.
As of this writing, Floralde is still in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of VRP Hospital in Mandaluyong.
Meanwhile, the identity of the driver of the vehicle with plate NCO 3781 is now being verified by the Mandaluyong PNP at the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
