This was the appeal of the traffic security officer ran over by a white SUV with plate number NCO 3781, last Sunday, June 5,2022, at the corner of Julia Vargas and St. Francis Square in Mandaluyong City.
According to Christian Floralde, he was just doing his job, when ran over by the white SUV, later found out, owned by a resident from an exclusive subdivision in Quezon City.
Floralde made his appeal on BITAG LIVE, hosted by veteran broadaster Ben Tulfo aired at PTV 4 this morning.
Based on the Land Transportation Office (LTO) ‘SHOW CAUSE ORDER ‘ the white SUV is registered under the name of JOSE ANTONIO V. SANVICENTE .
Sanvicente was invited at the LTO office and asked to submit a “written comment/explanation” why he should not be administratively charge for ‘reckless driving.’
The order was signed by Renante G. Militante, OIC, Intelligence and Investigation, LTO. As of this writing, Sanvicente did not show up at the LTO to aired his side.
