Iprinisinta sa media ni Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Sec. Benhur Abalos si Estorial.
Ayon sa suspek, kusa siyang sumuko sa mga awtoridad at walang pumilit sa kanya para mag-surrender.
Sa ngayon, hawak ng National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) si Estorial na sumuko kahapon.
Samantala, kasalukuyan pang pinaghahanap ng mga pulis ang kasabwat ni Estorial.
Ipinakita rin ni Abalos ang dalawang magkapatid na kasabwat din ni Estorial na sina Edmon at Israel Dimaculangan na kasalukuyang pinaghahanap ng mga pulis.
Salaysay ni Estorial, may nag-utos lamang sa kanila mula sa New Bilibid Prisons para itumba si Lapid.
Sabi pa ni Estorial, anim sila sa team na naghati-hati sa P550,000 bilang kabayaran sa pagpatay kay Lapid.
