Makararanas din ng pag-ulan ang Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Cagayan Valley, Aurora, at nalalabing bahagi ng Bicol Region at MIMAROPA dahil naman sa umiiral na Northeast Monsoon o hanging amihan.
Nakataas ang banta ng flashfloods at landslides sa malaking bahagi ng Luzon at Mindanao dahil sa mahina hanggang sa malakas na pag-ulan.
