Ayon kay PLtCol. Joel Nacua, naaresto ang suspek dakong 9:05 ng umaga sa South Taboc, Oroquieta City, Western Misamis nitong Enero 9, 2023 sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest sa kasong Rape na na walang rekomendadong piyansa.
Pansamantalang nakakulong ang suspek sa CIDG Misamis Occidental PFU Office habang hinihintay ang kanyang commitment order mula sa korte.
