Ito ay matapos ipagkaloob ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) ang individual electronic land titles (e-titles) sa 16,888 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) sa buong bansa sa ilalim ng DAR Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling o Project SPLIT.
Ayon kay Engr. Joey Sumatra, DAR Assistant Secretary for Policy, Planning and Research Office (PPRO) at kasalukuyang SPLIT national director, ang nasabing mga ARB ay nakatanggap ng kabuuang 18,802 e-title na sumasaklaw sa 23,898 ektarya ng mga lupang pang-agrikultura sa buong bansa.
Gayunpaman, nilinaw ni Sumatra na ang mga bagong na-validate na lupaing pang-agrikultura ay sasailalim pa rin para sa re-documentation upang makumpleto ang mga kinakailangang dokumento para sa bawat ARB para sa pagsusumite sa mga Registry of Deed (ROD) para sa pagpaparehistro.
Samantala, sinabi naman ni DAR Secretary Conrado Estrella III na ang mga dokumento ng 38,196 ektarya ng mga sakaran ay naisumite na sa iba’t ibang RODs sa buong bansa at inaasahang ilalabas at ipapamahagi sa mga ARB ngayong taon.
