Taong 2009, lumapit sa BITAG Action Center ang isang mag-asawa upang ireklamo ang ilang pulis ng Rizal Police Provincial Station sa Hilltop Taytay Rizal.

Salaysay ng misis sa BITAG, pinasakay umano siya ng isang P01 na pulis sa motor nito upang samahan na humiram ng perang pampiyansa para sa kaniyang mister.
Subalit, sa “biglang-liko” na isang resort-motel siya dinala ng pulis at doon isinagawa ang panghahalay.
“Pagpasok tinulak niya ako, (sabi ng pulis) maghubad kana. Basta sumunod ka, kung ayaw mo mamatay ang asawa mo, pati ikaw papatayin na rin namin.”
“Papatayin kita kung ‘di mo gagawin ang gusto ko, tapos yun nagawa niya ang gusto niya sir,” umiiyak na pagkukuwento ng biktima sa BITAG.
Nang bisitahin ng grupo ng BITAG ang Hilltop Provincial Police Station sa Taytay, Rizal, itinuro ng biktima ang motorsiklo ng PO1 na nanghalay sa kaniya.
Nakumpirma ng BITAG ang pagkakakilanlan ng mga Hilltop Police na sangkot sa ginawang krimen sa mag-asawa.
Sa pakikipagtulungan ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) ng Camp Crame, isinagawa ang tactical interrogation sa mga inirereklamong pulis.
