Naipamahagi na ng Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) ang karagdagang tulong para sa mga apektado ng Bulkang Mayon.
Kamakailan lamang nang magbigay ang PAGCOR ng 6,000 food at non-food packs para sa mga residente na matinding naapektuhan ng aktibidad ng bulkan.
Noong Hunyo 19, 2023 ay personal na tinanggap ni Albay Governor Edcel Greco Lagman ang 2,400 food at non-food packs na hatid ng PAGCOR at Philippine Army para sa mga apektado ng patuloy na pag-aalburoto ng Bulkang Mayon.
Nagpahayag ng lubos na pasasalamat si Lagman sa patuloy na suporta ng PAGCOR sa Albay.
“Maraming salamat. Alam ko, ito ang pangalawang sunod na pagkakataong nagbigay ng tulong ang PAGCOR sa aming lalawigan,” ani Gobernador.Labis din ang pagpasalamat ng mga apektado na nakatanggap ng tulong ng ahensya. Saad nila, napakalaking bagay na naibibigay ng ahensya ang lahat ng kanilang pangunahing pangangailangan. Malaking tulong ito lalo’t hirap ang ilan na manatili sa mga evacuation site.
