BITAG: A BUSINESS OF GROWING PEOPLE

Quezon City, Philippines — BITAG Multimedia Network (BMN) conducted an equipment and skills development training and seminar for all the employees to sharpen the team’s core technical and investigative capabilities. 

This comprehensive workshop serves its purpose to enhance and acquire more of the technical skills: handling and operating equipment used in the field operations. 

The seminar-training started with a demonstration on how to use the equipment, it was led by Mr. Jeff Laceras, the BMN’s Property Custodian Manager. They first introduce the functions of every equipment: the studio lights, different kinds of cameras, lapel microphones, portable teleprompter and the two-way radio that were all used in the field work. 

BITAG Investigators were trained solely by the CEO Mr. Ben BITAG to strengthen their investigative skills. But more than that, Ben BITAG also strives to elevate the professional capabilities of his fellow trained-investigator individually.

The seminar-training highlighted one of the CEO Ben BITAG’s keynote that being an employee does not stop on the skill or role you were once learned and used to do. 

“Versatility comes from adapting different skills and knowledge to avoid being trapped in your comfort zone,” he stated, “because learning must be consistent and never-endingly improve (CANI).”
