A simple accident on the road can change a driver’s life. This happened to Gina, a female Grab driver. Because of a small accident and a minor scratch on another car, she lost her license for 90 days and could not temporarily work to feed her family
To help her, Carl BITAG Next Generation and the BITAG Investigators went to the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

The Hard Work Behind the Video
Before we started filming, the BITAG team spent a lot of time investigating Gina’s case. We report and the LTO’s paper orders. The complainant was willing to pay for the damage, but the 90-day suspension was too much for a minor accident.
Fighting for Fairness
Inside the LTO office, the tension was high. Carl BITAG and the BITAG investigators met with LTO officials. The BITAG team stayed by Gina’s side and made sure she was not ignored and that her side of the story was heard.
