Nagsumite si dating Negros Oriental Governor Henry Pryde Teves ng waiver of confidentiality sa Department of Justice (DOJ) upang masilip ng mga imbestigador ang kanyang bank accounts at mga komunikasyon.
“I already signed my waiver of confidentiality. I submitted it to the local DOJ provincial office yesterday personally. Then I sent through LBC another straight to the office of Secretary Remulla,” wika ni Teves sa isang panayam ng GMA news ngayong Huwebes (Marso 30)
Sinabi ni Teves na maging ang board ng kanyang firm na HDJ Agriventures ay gumawa rin ng isang resolusyon na magbubukas ng mga bank account at komunikasyon ng korporasyon sa mga awtoridad.
Matatandaang naiugnay ang kapatid ng dating gobernador na si Negros Oriental 3rd district representative Arnolfo Teves Jr. sa pagpaslang kay provincial governor Roel Degamo.
