PCSO DISTRIBUTES 6,500 CHARITIMBA IN ISABELA UNDER CSR PROGRAM

Isabela — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) distributed a total of 6,500 ChariTimba to various municipalities in the Province of Isabela on February 11 and 12, 2026, as part of the agency’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program.

PCSO Director Janet Mercado and PCSO Isabela Branch Manager Jennifer Sunga led the distribution, wherein a total of 1,500 Charitimba were allocated to the Municipality of Naguilian, 2,000 to Cauayan City, 2,000 to the Municipality of San Isidro, and 1,000 to the Municipality of Ramon.

In addition to the distribution, PCSO turned over a check amounting to ₱290,695.88, representing Cauayan City’s share from lotto sales generated from July to December 2025.

Meanwhile, the Municipality of Ramon also received various mobility aids, medical devices, and rescue equipment to further support its local programs and emergency response initiatives.

The activity was carried out in close coordination with local government officials led by Mayor Edgar Capuchino of Naguilian, Mayor Caesar Dy Jr. of Cauayan City, Mayor Vilmer Bravo of San Isidro, and Mayor Giovanni Vizcarra of Ramon.

The beneficiaries included indigent individuals, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), senior citizens, solo parents, and other individuals in need of immediate assistance.

Through this initiative, PCSO continues to strengthen its commitment to delivering timely aid and essential services to communities across the country.
