MANDALUYONG CITY — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) donated wheelchairs to the 4Ps Party-list to help address the mobility and health needs of vulnerable sectors.
PCSO Executive Assistant VI Maria Katrina Nicole Contacto-Ventanilla formally turned over the wheelchairs to Jake Vlovis Ultra, Political Affairs Assistant II, who received the donation on behalf of 4Ps Party-list Representative Marcelino Libanan, during a ceremony held on August 13, 2026, at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City.
Ultra expressed his appreciation to PCSO for the timely assistance and said the wheelchairs would be distributed to senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and other constituents in need.
The donation forms part of PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility Program, which provides direct assistance to communities across the country, particularly those with limited access to essential health and mobility support.
Through initiatives such as this, PCSO continues to strengthen its commitment to responsive and inclusive public service by helping ensure that assistance reaches those who need it most.
