Assistant General Manager for the Management Services Sector, Arnel N. Casas formally handed over the life-saving devices to Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairperson Jhemil Anne A. Ilao of Barangay 503.

The donated items include oxygen tanks, handheld radios, search lights, rescue helmets, rescue ropes, stretchers, life jackets, nebulizers, trauma bags, and various medical devices intended to support the barangay’s disaster preparedness and emergency response initiatives.

SK Chairperson Ilao expressed her heartfelt gratitude to PCSO, noting the significant impact the equipment will have on their community. She emphasized that their area in Manila is frequently affected by flooding during the rainy season, making the donated tools invaluable for emergency operations and medical assistance.

This activity forms part of PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, which seeks to extend charitable support to communities in need, especially those heavily affected by disasters and socio‑economic challenges. Through this initiative, PCSO aims to strengthen the capabilities of local communities in responding to emergencies and safeguarding public welfare.
