Every day, the NGO-IBMI, HelpDesk Ipabitagmo, and the BITAG Next Generation work together at the Action Center. The goal is simple: to provide fast and effective solutions to the complaints and problems.
But the Action Center is more than just a place for help. It is also a training ground. Here, the BITAG Senior Investigators personally guide and train the Next Generation. Teaching them the skills and the “sharp eye” needed to solve even the toughest cases.
By combining years of experience with new energy and technology, we make sure that the legacy of “Unfiltered” public service continues for years to come.
