The BITAG Multimedia Network (BMN) works on a strict standard: “Quick to listen, patient to understand, and action-oriented.” Before any complaints produce and reach the public, it goes through a process of analysis and evaluation at the BITAG Action Center.
The Daily Grind
Every morning begins with a “Story Conference” led by Ben BITAG together with a “Composite Team,” including investigators from the BITAG New Generation, Pambansang Sumbungan BITAG, and volunteers from the IBMI-NGO.
detail or evidence is overlooked. The composite team categorizes each complaints based on:
The Nature of the Complaint: What is the problem?
Government Coordination: Which government office can help?
Listening is Justice
BITAG understands that not every problem has a simple solution. This is where the IBMI-NGO plays a vital role. When a simple solution and investigation is not enough, the NGO focuses on compassion and empowerment.
We never turn people away. We never say “no” to someone who is hurting or in distress. We believe that listening is the first step of justice. Even if we cannot solve the case immediately, we make sure the person feels empowered and heard.
Ready for Action
By the time people see us on screens, we have already spent hours working.
BITAG doesn’t just tell stories. We find solutions and create a bridge between the people and the agencies that serve them.
We don’t just talk—we take action.
