NASUGBU, BATANGAS — On May 19, 2026, the executive and middle management of the BITAG Multimedia Network gathered at Club Punta Fuego for the BITAG Corporate and Middle Management Leadership Roundtable for full-year planning session focused on implementing bottom-up management for the network’s digital strategy.
When people think of BITAG, they think of tough investigations and helping the public. But behind the scenes, a major planning is happening. This year’s roundtable wasn’t just on digital algorithms—it was on people working on the grounds.
BOTTOM-UP MANAGEMENT
True leadership doesn’t just dictate from the top down; it listens from the bottom up or to the people working on the ground.
This meeting is a big change in how the network runs its three companies: BITAG Multimedia Network (BMN), IBMI-NGO, and DCMI.
Bottom-up Management gives the Executives direct and honest feedback from the workers on the ground. It also makes teamwork faster and easier, so decisions happen right away instead of waiting for slow corporate approvals and creates a friendly workspace for the employees.
ONE DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM: BITAG APP
During the Leadership Roundtable in Nasugbu, Batangas, BITAG Digital Consultant Ms. Erica discussed her suggestions on how to integrate all the social media platforms of BITAG to the BITAG App to create one digital ecosystem.
This was one of the challenges the management talked about at the meeting.
When a media network trusts the people on the ground, the content feels more real and teamwork runs smoothly.
