PCSO BOOSTS ‘LAB FOR ALL’ IN ZAMBALES; DISTRIBUTES 1,500 CHARITIMBA AND ₱1.27-M IN LOTTO SHARES

SUBIC BAY FREEPORT — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) further strengthened its grassroots social service by joining the “LAB for All: Laboratoryo, Konsulta, at Gamot para sa Lahat” Caravan on February 24, 2026, at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center. The event, an initiative of First Lady Liza Araneta – Marcos, serves as a comprehensive hub for free medical consultations, laboratory tests, and government assistance.

PCSO General Manager Melquiades A. Robles, alongside Chairman Felix P. Reyes and Director Jennifer E. Liongson–Guevara, led the distribution of 1,500 ChariTimba to residents of Zambales. These relief buckets, containing essential food and grocery items, are part of the agency’s immediate response to the needs of the community. For GM Robles, the agency’s presence in the caravan is a testament to its dedication to the Bagong Pilipinas vision of bringing the government closer to the people.

The program also featured the official turnover of LGU lotto shares for the period of July to December 2025. The Province of Zambales received ₱371,887.30, while Olongapo City received ₱650,460.89. Additionally, the Municipalities of Subic and San Marcelino also  received ₱207,612.66 and ₱47,133.05, respectively. These shares represent the mandated percentage from local gaming operations, which are returned to the LGUs to strengthen their local health and social welfare programs.

The PCSO management noted that these distributions are made possible through the public’s continued support of Lotto and Small Town Lottery (STL) games. By participating in these games, the betting public directly contributes to the medical and charitable funds that benefit thousands of Filipinos nationwide.

PCSO, Hindi Umuurong sa Pagtulong!
