MANDALUYONG CITY – On September 22, 2026, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) reaffirmed its commitment to community development and public welfare through the turnover of ChariTimba units and medical equipment to the Municipality of Hungduan, Ifugao.
The turnover ceremony was led by PCSO Director Jennifer Liongson-Guevara, who handed over the donations, including weighing scales and nebulizers, under the agency’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program.
Receiving the assistance on behalf of the municipality was Mayor Casan Dumulag, who expressed gratitude for the support extended by the PCSO. He noted that the donated equipment would benefit residents across the town’s nine barangays and help strengthen the delivery of basic health services.
Mayor Dumulag also assured that residents would be informed of PCSO’s contribution and acknowledged the agency’s continuing efforts to assist communities located far from essential facilities such as schools and hospitals.
Through PCSO’s CSR-led initiative, the agency extends assistance to marginalized sectors and strengthen community welfare across the country.
