PCSO HOLDS 2-DAY MEDICAL AND DENTAL MISSION IN LAGUNA

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) conducted a two-day free Medical and Dental Mission in Laguna from September 10 to 11, 2026, providing much-needed healthcare services to residents of the province. PCSO Director Imelda Papin facilitated the activity with the PCSO Medical Services Department (MSD), headed by Dr. Juliet Diaz.

The medical mission was first held in Sta. Isabel, San Pablo City, Laguna, and was continued in Dela Paz, Biñan City, Laguna, reaching residents from both communities over the two day activity.

A total of 379 patients availed themselves of medical, dental, and ECG services during the mission, including medical check-ups, consultations, and other basic healthcare services provided as part of the PCSO outreach initiative.

Through programs such as this, PCSO continues to strengthen its commitment to bringing accessible healthcare closer to underserved communities, particularly in far-flung areas where medical services may be limited.

PCSO continues to strengthen its partnerships with local government units and health workers in delivering similar outreach programs nationwide, in line with its mandate to provide charity and welfare services to the Filipino people.
