Sa Daily Weather Forecast ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), as of 3:00 p.m. (Jan 12, 2023), ang LPA ay nasa layong 230 kilometro silangan timog-silangan ng Butuan City.
Lumalapit din ang sama ng panahon sa direksyon ng 130 kilometro sa silangan ng Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.
Uulalin ang Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Negros Occidental, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, Romblon, at iba pang bahagi ng Visayas dahil sa LPA.
Northeast Monsoon naman ang magdudulot ng kalat-kalat na pag-ambon at mahinang pag-ulan sa Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, nalalabing bahagi ng MIMAROPA, iba pang lugar sa Luzon.
Magiging maulan din ang malaking bahagi ng Mindanao dahil sa umiiral na Localized Thunderstorm.
