MANDALUYONG CITY – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) donated ChariTimba food packs to beneficiaries of the Talino at Galing ng Pilipino (TGP) Partylist in Biñan, Laguna during a turnover ceremony held on August 26, 2026, at the PCSO Main Office.
The formal turnover was led by PCSO Executive Assistant Atty. Maria Katrina Nicole Ventanilla, who handed over the ChariTimba packages to Isoceles Marasigan, Political Affairs Assistant III, on behalf of TGP Partylist Representative Jose “Bong” Teves, Jr.
According to Marasigan, the donated ChariTimba food packs will be distributed to sectors in need of assistance, particularly tricycle drivers and persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Biñan.
The ChariTimba packages contain essential food items intended to help beneficiaries meet their daily needs and provide immediate relief to families seeking support.
The activity forms part of PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, an initiative designed to deliver meaningful assistance and promote the welfare of communities across the country.
Through programs such as these, PCSO continues to strengthen its efforts to provide timely aid and support to underserved sectors, in line with its mandate of bringing hope, compassion, and responsive public service to Filipinos in need.
